#1- just stick to REAL FOODS… meaning from the ground, not in a package, NOT in the middle of the store and goes bad after a few days 😉
#2- READ THE LABELS and DONT TRUST commercials or advertising or boxes that say “low fat” or “no sugar” odds are they added a truck load of ANOTHER bad thing to have it say that! I trust the EARTH way more than I trust the scientists who have pockets being filled by companies with agendas!
#3- IF you read a study that says pop tarts give you cancer…. take a second to look at HWO FUNDED that video 😉 if its the competing BRAND or FOOD, that’s a RED FLAG! They want to scare you!
#3- PLEASE WASH THOSE VEGGIES <3 because even when its from the ground, they spray that stuff to high heavens for a bigger profit to make it last longer!
