I want you to picture something:
20 minutes a day…6 days a week…
What activity does that make you think of?

There are SO many activities we do for about 20 minutes every day, right? So why not squeeze in one more — a workout?

So yeah, working out for an hour even on a “less busy” day…sometimes, just not possible.
BUT…you somehow still manage to get all your 20-minute activities done…the trip to the bank or post office…dusting and vacuuming the living room…dropping the kiddos off at school.
20 minutes is just so much more realistic, right??
So I’m going to introduce you to TRANSFORM:20.
This is an extremely rigorous, killer workout.
A high intensity interval training workout, if you’ve heard of that!!
This is the only way a 20-minute workout can be worth it unless (like we said earlier, you aren’t working out at all otherwise 😉 ).
Studies show it’s WAY more worth it than a moderate hour-long workout!!
20 minute high intensity workouts are the gift that keeps on giving, when it comes to HEART HEALTH and WEIGHT LOSS… this is because the workout is so intense, after you’re done exercising your body uses more oxygen to replace sugar and protein the muscles used during your hyper hard workouts!!
Your body keeps craving more oxygen, and needing to refill its oxygen stores, after an intense workout like Transform:20 is over…and that may sound like a bad thing, but trust me, it’s NOT.
In order for your body to get that oxygen, it needs more energy and BURNS CALORIES long after your workout has ended.
This is the best way to SHAVE OFF stomach fat, and has more “transformative” super fast results than any other type of post-pregnancy workout!!

BTW, for Transform:20, all you need is:
1) 20 minutes a day;
2) a TV or computer to stream the AMAZING Beachbody on Demand channel with its library of 1000s or workouts;
3) a Step (This is basically like a box or stair step.) While it doesn’t seem like there could be much to it, think of all the jumps, push-ups, lifts, squats…trust me, this Step is all you’re going to need. 😉
