I’ve been really quiet today….. NOT because I HAVEN’T been doing anything but because I’ve been GRINDING!!! Behind every successful person are countless hours of training, work, sacrifices that we don’t see!!!!
This year watching some of the footage from the Olympics is so different for me!! I used to think HOW CRAZY TALENTED these people are — but now I think MAN, how many practices, failures, missed parties, sweat, injuries, getting up when they don’t want to, working on a Sunday…. all these things MUST have happened in order for them to be there!!!!
THEY simply…. OUT WORKED the competition. My workout was nowhere near good today – HAHA INFACT it sucked!!! But that doesn’t define me, it’s whether or not I let it stop me!
I added to my graphic t collection too — am I the only one who thinks my shirt today is freaking HYSTERICAL?! It says “p90x and chill”!! I am taking my graphic T obsession to a whole other level!!! Love that my work uniform is the same as my workOUT outfit and the same as my lounge around comfy outfit. It’s EFFICIENT (and sets me up for SUCCESS!!)
