DO YOU GUYS FEEL THAT?!?!??! THAT is the feeling of CHANGE coming our way!!!! I LOVE New YEARS !!!!!
It is like THE ULTIMATE MONDAY! A chance to START OVER, a chance to RE-IGNITE your flame, a CHANCE TO TAKE OWNERSHIP over your life! Which is something in 2013 I WAS NO WHERE NEAR DOING! But then in 2014, I woke up and started realizing I WAS THE ONLY REASON I WASN’T WHERE I WANTED TO BE. I was ignoring opportunities, saying “I could never do that” OR “That’s NICE for her BUT I don’t have the capability to do that” WRONG , WRONG, WRONG. I was wrong. AND SO ARE YOU.
If you read my statuses and think “GREAT BONNIE. We are all so happy you are happy” <—LOL. I need you to take a second a realize YOU CAN BE TOO…..IF you just LET yourself, GIVE YOURSELF permission to be HAPPY.
I did some researching and found out what the TOP 10 New Years Resolutions are…….. AND GUESS WHAT?!?!? There is NOT A SINGLE ONE that BEACHBODY HAS NOT helped me with! Check it out
1. Lose Weight/ Eat Healthy/ Get Fit —-> I have gotten into the BEST SHAPE OF MY LIFE. I used to a personal Trainer (nationally certified) and I NEVER got results the way I do with these programs. I went from 13% body fat (skinny fat) to 8% bod fat.
2. Volunteer to help others —> I have since helped WELL OVER 300 people change their life physically, financially and EMOTIONALLY.
3. Get a Better Job —-> Our job takes up 70% of our LIVES …ACTUALLY nowadays its more like 90% of our lives. WE BETTER MAKE SURE WE ARE HAPPY. It’s no mistake that heart attack rates SKYROCKET on Monday morning. NEVER get anxiety on a Sunday again!
4. Take a Trip —-> This coming year I am going to LA in January for a New Leaders conference, to Cancun for AN ALL EXPENSE PAID VACATION, to Nashville, to Virginia…….JUST TO NAME A FEW. In 2013 I couldn’t even purchase a plane ticket home without getting ANXIETY.
5. Manage Stress —> THIS ONE IS HUGE FOR ME. Before 2014 you could find me having my regularly scheduled panic attack EVERY SINGLE DAY. I am proud to say once entering this SUPPORTIVE and HEALTHY community and working out everyday ..I have been PANIC free for about a year now!
6. Manage DEBT —–> ANOTHER HUGE ONE FOR OUR FAMILY. I WENT INTO 2014 with a little over $160,0000 DOLLARS in debt. Now, the includes student loans (defaulted) credit cards, other loans, cars, etc. No we are entering 2015 with UNDER $30,000 in DEBT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! NOPE, we are not there yet BUT I cal THAT a freaking WIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! #ThanksBeachbody
7. Spend more time with Family—-> I work 100% from HOME now. Do you know what that means? When Andrew Engle comes home from work, I am here. When Andrew wants to go somewhere, I can go. When its a Holiday, I am home. When something needs to be done but Andrew can’t get off, I can do it. DO YOU KNOW WHAT THIS MEANS?! I can choose what time I spend with my family and what time I don’t. I NEVER have to “request off” EVER AGAIN.
……..To name a few.
IF I could wish on thing for EVERYONE READING THIS POST right now……its that YOU KNOW THIS FREEDOM. It’s that YOU KNOW it’s possible for you. I am not special, I am not the only one. HOWEVER, you do have to be willing to believe, be willing to work hard and be willing to say YES to yourself and your possibility!
